Bubusuk is a proudly local restaurant located in the culinary capital of the Philippines, Pampanga. The name “Bubusuk,” a Kapampangan word meaning “umuusok” (steaming), reflects our passion for serving freshly cooked, flavorful dishes. We offer manyaman (delicious) food, featuring signature favorites such as sizzling pork sisig, tokwa’t baboy, sizzling chicken, beef pares, and classic merienda like goto and pancit palabok.

Founded in 2004, Bubusuk focuses on serving affordable Filipino comfort food while providing a warm, home-like dining experience. Our mission is to satisfy customers with delicious meals at reasonable prices, paired with friendly and comfortable service.
